Event on High Performance Computing will take place in Bulgaria

On April 19th, 2019, an event on High Performance Computing (HPC) will take place in Sofia (Bulgaria) in order to raise awareness of the role of High Performance Computing (HPC) as a transforming element of the European Union.

In addition, the European HPC strategy will be presented and the impact of the European Commission’s proposal on European scientific, economic and social advances, including the digital skills that the HPC has produced, will be analyzed.

The event, which has been jointly organized by the Bulgarian Presidency and the European Commission, will be attended by some 250 professionals from both the private sector and the public sector. Registration can be made until April 9th (see here).
